访问范围与用途Access and purpose

本个人工具设计为申请完整 Google Drive OAuth 权限。它按所有者指示访问文件内容、文件名、文件夹结构及相关元数据，用于列出、上传、下载、同步和管理文件。计划使用专用文件夹，但完整 Drive 权限不限于该文件夹。

This personal utility is designed to request full Google Drive OAuth access. It accesses file contents, filenames, folder structures, and related metadata as directed by the owner to list, upload, download, synchronize, and manage files. A dedicated folder is intended for routine use, but full Drive access is not limited to it.

存储与授权处理Storage and authorized processing

文件存储于 Google Drive，也可能下载至所有者的电脑或授权处理环境。rclone OAuth 令牌保存在所有者本地的 rclone 配置中，无需提供给 AI 助手。

Files are stored in Google Drive and may be downloaded to the owner’s computer or authorized processing environments. rclone OAuth tokens are stored in the owner’s local rclone configuration and do not need to be provided to the AI assistant.

所有者选定的文件可能由 OpenAI AI 助手通过其独立授权的 Google Drive 连接器访问或处理。相关服务适用各自的数据政策及账户设置；本政策不代表或控制其他服务提供商的数据处理行为。

Files selected by the owner may be accessed or processed by an OpenAI AI assistant through its separately authorized Google Drive connector. Those services are subject to their own data policies and account settings. This policy does not represent or control other providers’ data-handling practices.

有限使用与分享Limited Use and sharing

本工具对通过 Google API 获取的信息的使用，以及向其他应用传输该信息的行为，将遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的“有限使用”要求。此声明适用于本工具自身的数据处理。

This utility’s use of information received from Google APIs, and its transfer of that information to other applications, will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This statement applies to this utility’s own data handling.

本工具不出售这些数据，不将其用于广告，也不以公开分享文件为目的。仅应按所有者授权，为上述文件交换及处理功能使用和传输数据。

This utility does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or aim to share files publicly. Data should be used and transferred only as authorized by the owner for the file-exchange and processing features described above.

保留、删除与撤销Retention, deletion, and revocation

未设置统一的自动删除期限。文件及本地副本通常保留至所有者删除；回收站、备份、日志及服务商保留机制可能影响实际删除时间。

There is no universal automatic-deletion period. Files and local copies generally remain until the owner deletes them; trash, backups, logs, and provider retention mechanisms may affect when deletion is completed.

所有者可在 Google 账户设置中撤销该应用访问权限，并删除本地 rclone 连接配置。助手的独立连接需分别撤销。撤销授权不会自动删除已经下载或生成的副本。

The owner can revoke this application’s access in Google Account settings and remove the local rclone connection configuration. The assistant’s independent connection must be revoked separately. Revocation does not automatically delete downloaded or generated copies.
